DR. S. JANE WALSH

Licensed Psychologist; Full-time Associate



The Director of The SJ Psychology Centre. She obtained her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Windsor in 2003. She is a licensed member of the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick (CPNB). Dr. Walsh provides a range of bilingual (French and English) services to adults. She is specialized in psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessments. She does legal assessments and IMEs. Examples of treatment areas include: depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, and relationship problems. She is trained in a range of psychotherapy approaches including: CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, schema therapy and mindfulness. She is a certified provider of CPT for PTSD.*

DR. THERESA FITZGERALD

Licensed Psychologist; Full-time Associate


The Assistant Director of The SJ Psychology Centre. She obtained her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Regina in 2013. She is a licensed member of the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick (CPNB). Dr. Fitzgerald provides a range of psychological treatment services to adults including: anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, chronic medical conditions, adjustment disorders, relationship problems, and personality disorders. She provides psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessments. She conducts IME assessments. She has been trained in a range of psychotherapy approaches including: EMDR, CBT, ACT, CPT, MI and EFT.

MALACHY McDONOUGH

Licensed Counselling Therapist; Full-time Associate


Obtained his Masters in Counselling Psychology at McGill University in 2020. He offers a range of individual and couples therapy services to adults. His areas of specialization include: mood disorders, trauma, grief, and relationship problems. He is trained in CBT, CPT, mindfulness, systemic, and psychodynamic therapy approaches, as well as emotion-focused couples therapy.

DR. REBECCA MILLS

Licensed Psychologist; Part-time Associate

Dr. Mills is a licensed member of the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick (CPNB). She attained her PhD at the University of British Columbia in 1995. She provides adult individual and couples’ therapy using an integrative approach, with training in CBT, ACT, MI, EFT, and brief psychodynamic therapies. Dr. Mills offers treatment for a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment to chronic medical conditions and injuries, trauma, relationship concerns, and personality disorders. She also provides psychodiagnostics assessments.


PAT McDONOUGH

Licensed Counselling Therapist; Part-time Associate


Obtained his Masters in Counselling Psychology from Boston College in 1982 and is a licensed member of the College of Counselling Therapists of NB. He specializes in individual therapy for addictions, depression, anxiety, and stress management as well as couples/family therapy.

DR. STEPHAN KENNOPOHL

Licensed Neuropsychologist - Consultant

Obtained his PhD in Clinical Neuropyschology at the University of Windsor in 2001. He became certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP-CN) in 2012. He currently practices neuropsychology in Montreal, and is a licensed member of the Ordre des psychologues du Quebec (OPQ). He has also obtained his license to practice in NB. He provides bilingual (French and English) neuropsychological assessment services to the SJPC several weeks per year.
