The SJ Psychology Centre provides a variety of clinical services. We also acknowledge that it can be difficult for the public to access mental health services, and our clinic unfortunately can’t address all the requests for service that we receive. This page is intended to highlight resources that may be useful to address gaps in the services that we provide, or to recommend supplementary services to our existing clients.
One of our areas of specialty is providing assessment and treatment services to public safety personnel (PSP), including first responders, military, police, healthcare workers, etc. The following websites provide excellent resources for the PSP community. For example, the PSPNET site offers free online evidence-based therapy options for first responders. We intend to add resources to this page for other areas of interest to our clinic and our clients, as well as the general public, so be sure to check back again!
